Sunday Service:
The Welcome Table
4/28/24 at 10:30am

In a season of Passover for Jewish congregants and friends, this is a time to come around the table to share ritual and story. Where do we make space for a new story to be told each time the table grows? Both an invitation and a challenge towards welcoming all.

Speaker: Rev. Lane-Mairead Campbell

This will be a hybrid service, with the in-person portion being held in the sanctuary of First Universalist, and the virtual portion being held over Zoom.

Masking in the First Universalist church building is now optional, please respect distancing requests by fellow attendees. A mask-required section of the sanctuary is designated for those preferring to stay masked.

In-Person Drop-In Discussion:
The Forever Wars

We in the United States have come to accept perpetual war as normal. Hundred of thousands of people have died in these wars, including thousands of Americans. What purpose does the U.S. war policy serve? Is it sustainable? Can it be stopped?

We'll meet at 9:15am in the Chalice Room to talk about these questions.  Everyone welcome.
